Speranza’s resident gun dealer and expert, Tian Wen, works with a lot of people in Arc Raiders, though it’s not always completely above board or sanctioned by those running things. Dodger is one of her need-to-know dealing partners, but it seems like she hasn’t heard back from him in some time.

No contact from someone tends to mean two things in Speranza: a betrayal, or someone’s met an untimely end somewhere above ground. Tian Wen is still waiting for a Bastion Cell from the man, and she wants what she’s owed, so it’s time to head to The Blue Gate and see what might’ve happened to Dodger.
Where To Find Dodger’s Stash
For this quest of Tian Wen’s, you’ll need to complete all objectives in one, and you’ll be heading to The Blue Gate. Your first stop is the Traffic Tunnels, which you can find beneath Checkpoint at the center of the map.
Head past the security booths into the Traffic Tunnels, and watch out for the multitude of Pop Rollers and Fireballs as you make your way to the back corner of the left tunnel, where a lot of debris and palettes are.
Hop over and go into the farthest corner, and you’ll find some orange boxes inside a barred container. Interact with it to search it, then step away quickly to avoid the blast right after.
Where To Find Dodge’s Deal Spot
With the first quest objective complete, your next stop is Pilgrim’s Peak, and you can reach it easily from the Traffic Tunnels by entering the small doorway near the center of the area, taking the zipline up, then going up the stairs on either side of the floor to the Headhouse above, and climbing over the rim of the building.
Watch out for Shredders, as they now spawn on all maps and can occasionally be found in the Traffic Tunnels and on the floor with the stairs leading to the Headhouse.
Make your way to the large antenna past the main building, and either take the zipline up to the top and drop through the broken section of grated floor, or just hop off the zipline onto the enclosed lower platform of the antenna.
You’ll find a little living area between the tall red consoles on the right side of the platform with a yellow bag. Search it to find the Dodger’s Note quest item you need for the final objective.
Pop it in your Safe Pocket if you’ve got one available, then return to Speranza and speak with Tian Wen at her shop. As a reward, you’ll get some EXP, the Gothic Graffiti color palette for the Aviator outfit, and two weapon mods: an Extended Medium Mag III and a Silencer II.
