Sony has sent out email surveys to its PlayStation userbase asking them what they think of the PS Plus service. The set of questions comes shortly after price increases across the membership’s three tiers were confirmed.
It is stated in the email that “any feedback will help us improve the service”, as PlayStation touches on topics across the full breadth of features PS Plus offers.
The survey begins by asking how satisfied you are with the following features:
- Access to games available through the subscription
- Online multiplayer experience
- PS Store discounts
- Share Play
- 100GB cloud storage for game saves
- Overall value of the subscription
PlayStation then asks how likely you are to renew your PS Plus subscription when it expires, with options varying from “very likely” to “very unlikely”. It then asks the usual question of what games consoles you own, and concludes by asking “what would make your PlayStation Plus experience feel more rewarding to you”.

While only price increases for the base tier, PS Plus Essential, were shared publicly, it actually turned out PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium became more expensive too. Here are the updated prices new users will have to pay, or anyone who lets their membership lapse:
