The final launch roster character of Invincible VS has been revealed as Conquest, with The Immortal and Universa joining as part of the game’s first year season pass.
It doesn’t feel like that long ago since Invincible VS was first revealed, and we only knew about a handful of characters in its sizeable roster. That’s certainly changed a lot over the past few months, with some of the highlights including Dupli-Kate, Allen the Alien, Cecil Steadman, and the most recently revealed fighter, Titan.
That’s left a lot of speculation about who the final character in Invincible VS’ launch roster is going to be, with the devs even hyping it up to be revealed at the EVO Awards as “Project Cyro”. There were plenty of guesses about who the fighter could be, but their identity has finally been confirmed as none other than Conquest, who is arguably the perfect pick.
Conquest Is Invincible VS’ Final Launch Fighter, And He Looks Brutal
Don’t Worry, The Immortal Is Coming In The Season Pass
That’s right, one of Invincible’s most fearsome enemies (until Thragg, at least, who I’m betting is the final DLC fighter) will be featured in the game’s final launch roster. Judging from the gameplay footage, Conquest will be an even heavier fighter than Omni-Man, since he’s a “Striker” that can easily build pressure with a charging punch that even gains super armour.
And yes, Conquest has his weird blood bubble love heart that he does in the show as his taunt. They couldn’t not, really.
If Conquest is a disappointing character pick for you, then you’ll be happy to know that the first two fighters of Invincible VS’ season pass were also revealed at the EVO Awards. The Immortal, who was everyone’s next guess for the final slot, and Universa are taking up two of the DLC roster picks and are both planned to launch in Summer 2026.
That’s already a lot of good Invincible VS news at once, but Quarter Up also confirmed some more details about the game’s Open Beta (which runs from April 9 to April 11) will reward players with a special Omni-Man skin. The Beta will feature Tutorial, Practice, and Ranked modes for everyone who dives in, similarly to the Closed Beta that ran some months ago.
