Another weekend, another Crimson Desert patch continues to be the mantra inside Pearl Abyss, as this morning, it’s put out another update this morning to bring the PS5 game up to version number 1.05.
Today’s patch adds two previously confirmed features: Rematches (boss fight replays) and Re-Blockades.
Now, when you return to the site of a boss encounter you’ve already overcome, there’ll be a lantern you can light that brings the enemy back for another round. You can fight the boss as they were in the campaign, or face a version of them that’s upgraded to match your stats.
Then, in Re-Blockades, you can conquer strongholds once again once certain requirements have been met. You can toggle how often a stronghold offers the Re-Blockade option in the settings, adjusting how frequently you can go back and take them back.
