To start building Olaf’s grand museum in your Valley, you’ll need to have officially welcomed him into the village and completed some of his friendship quests. From there, you’ll notice a quest pop up in your journal, directing you to speak with the happy snowman.

What kind of home will you dream up?
When you do, he’ll give you the blueprints to build a glorious museum. Open the furniture menu and place it anywhere you like in the village. Don’t worry, you won’t have to pay anything to construct it.
Scrooge mentions taking payment in another form, but that’s not for you to worry about.
Head inside and talk to Olaf. It’s bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside, so it might take you a moment to locate him–as his head barely pokes out above the desk. Follow him on a tour of the museum showing off the Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach rooms.

Each museum room has three displays: the aquarium, diorama, and habitat collections. These showcase the flora and fauna of the region, and you’ll need to collect the necessary items to fully renovate the room.
