While the main story of High On Life 2 revolves around different bounties of the Rhea Pharmaceutical members, there’s also a bunch of side stuff for you to do, especially if you explore different areas of the map. If you’re only focusing on the main gameplay, there’s a high chance that you won’t even encounter some of these things.
The escape room is one such optional gameplay that you can find in the Pinkline Harbor. Once you start it, you’ll have to solve three different escape rooms and get a key in each one before you can get back out of the area and continue your exploration.
Where To Find The Escape Room
Before you get to solving the different puzzles offered by the escape room, you first have to locate it by heading over to the Pinkline Harbor area. You’ll unlock this area when you start Larry Pinkstock’s bounty, and once you’re here, you have to go straight south until you reach a small area with some counters and an upper floor.
As you get to this area, you can get to the upper floor using the elevator in the room, but you’ll first need to unlock Travis and Jan, which happens during the Dinner with Mom mission.
After getting up to the second floor, you can enter the escape room and start the puzzles by talking to the person at the counter. There’s also a Luglox you can claim on the couch to your left as you enter.

Pharoah’s Tomb Escape Room Walkthrough
The first escape room is called the Pharoah’s Tomb, and it’s largely straightforward. When you enter this room, you’ll see a mummy sleeping on a few boxes with an alarm clock in the corner. All you have to do is interact with the alarm clock a couple of times and then get close to the mummy.
It’ll wake up with the key in its hand. You can use the key on the exit and get back to the counter, where you’ll first have to rate the escape room. When you try to go out of the area, you’ll be blocked and the next room will be unlocked.
Alien Wasteland Escape Room Walkthrough
The second escape room is called the Alien Wasteland, and it has a few extra steps that you need to do before you can escape. Here’s everything you need:
- Pick up the bright red meat from the trash can on the right side of the entrance.
- Get close to the grill in the middle and interact with it to open it, which lets you put the meat inside and cook it.
- Take the cooked dish to the dog house on the right side of the room and place it in front of the mummy, which gets you the Ankh that you need to escape.
Scary House Escape Room Walkthrough
Here are all the steps you need to follow to escape the last room in this puzzle:
- Pick up the chainsaw on the cabinet in the middle wall of the room.
- Take the chainsaw to the fuel tank on the right side of the room and refuel it.
- Use the chainsaw on the mummy and take the mummy to the bed after. This spawns the Ankh below the bed.
After you finish this puzzle, you can get a Luglox and finally get out of the area.
