Lego Just Teased A Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Set

When it comes to Lego and Nintendo collaborations, there are plenty of sets that feature Mario. From the digitally integrated sets to the massive Bowser build, there are plenty of options for fans of the plumber and his friends. However, there aren’t too many Lego sets featuring Nintendo’s other stars, but that looks like it’s going to change.

Nintendo of America has teased an upcoming set based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. A short video reveals Link in his iconic green tunic with sword and shield in hand, along with Navi floating beside him. We also see a horned shadow slowly looming over Link, which is probably Ganon. There are also leaks suggesting that Ganon will be made out of 1,000 pieces.

The final set looks like it will recreate the final battle between Link and Ganon, and will come out sometime next year. There’s no information about how big it will be or how much it will cost, but given how Lego prices have been these last few years, you better start saving now. We can most likely expect an arena and some flames in the final set as well.

The only other dedicated Legend of Zelda set that Lego has put out is The Great Deku Tree. While that set was based on Breath of the Wild, there was also an option to build it according to the Ocarina of Time version. So, this upcoming set is technically the second Ocarina of Time set that Lego has put out. Hopefully, we’ll see more Zelda sets in the future.

While Lego is still exploring other Nintendo IPs, its Star Wars sets are among the biggest and most expensive ones to be released. The upcoming Lego Death Star is a vertical slice of the space station, featuring various rooms and sections we’ve seen in the movies. At 9,023 pieces, it’s the sixth-biggest Lego set of all time, and costs a whopping $999.99. Hopefully, this Ocarina of Time set isn’t as expensive.
