While progress has been made in making Speranza a bit safer post-ceiling-collapses in Arc Raiders, the fixes were a band-aid solution. Apollo and the others are still looking for the complete version of the disaster-resistant housing research that was never completed.
Arc Raiders: Keeping An Eye Out Quest Walkthrough
Apparently, highways can make for a good hidden base.
With it, they could make Speranza much safer for a much longer period of time, and the new information wouldn’t just be helpful for the city. The data could be used in a variety of ways, but first, the canceled project data has to be retrieved. Tian Wen has some leads on it, and they’ll take you straight to Stella Montis.
Where To Find The Safe In The Side Room
For Stable Housing, Tian Wen needs you to go to Stella Montis, and you’ll need to complete all the objectives in one round for it to count.
First, head to the Lobby in the northeast section of the map, and take either the Ziplines or the stairs up to the fourth floor, and approach the Security Bridge that’s running across the room to trigger the first objective.
Watch out for the Fireballs and Pop Rollers roaming the floors of the Lobby, as they can navigate up the stairs and into the rooms to ambush you if they hear you moving above them.
Make sure you’re on the right side of the room (when looking at the map), then take the staircase right by the bridge down to the third floor, and go into the room directly adjacent to it. Inside, you’ll find a small safe on the table in the right-hand corner of the room that you can interact with to complete the second objective.
How To Find The Combination For The Safe
Now you need an access card, and it’s back up to the fourth floor using the same staircase, but this time you can head into the room adjacent to the staircase on this level.
Interact with the keyboard on the desk with tons of monitors on the wall above it to try to print the key card, but you’ll end up having to go back up to the side room on the third floor once it breaks.
In the third-floor room, look for a whiteboard hanging on the wall between the door and the large machine taking up most of the room. Interact with it to get the combination needed for the safe, then you can turn around and open it to receive the Project Heartwood Blueprint quest item.
Keep it safe and extract as soon as possible to ensure it’s all completed without you dying, then speak with Tian Wen at her shop once you’re back.
As a reward, you’ll get some EXP, five Seeker Grenades, three Lure Grenades, and a Snap Hook, a Legendary Quick Use item that acts as a reuseable Zipline and works much quicker.
