Above ground is ruled and run primarily by Raiders due to the danger, while below ground is where you’ll find the majority of the civilians and regular people in Arc Raiders. In the city of Speranza, you’ll find lots of people trying to live their lives in a frightening world, including plenty of kids.

The Spaceport is a dangerous place.
Adults and children often have different ways they tend to find enjoyment and things to do when they’re bored, and for the children of Speranza, there isn’t nearly as much to do as there is in the real world. No Playstations or even toys like Barbie means they have to be creative, and Apollo’s looking to help the children out by introducing an old favorite: football. Plus, footballs won’t explode.
The first task you’re doing for Apollo for The League is finding a Deflated Football, which is an uncommon Trinket that can be found on every map, though some are better than others for locating one.
The two best maps to search for one on are Dam Battlegrounds and the Buried City, as both of them have large areas full of Residential loot with plenty of things to loot, such as drawers, trashcans, and cabinets.
In particular, both the Ruby Residence and Pale Apartments on Dam Battlegrounds are the best individual locations to search. Each area has three apartment buildings with three floors worth of apartments to loot, so as long as someone else hasn’t been through, there’s a high chance you’ll get at least one.
Ruby Residence and Pale Apartments are also excellent places for finding Guns, Keys, and important upgrade-related materials like Toasters.
For the Buried City, any of the apartment buildings throughout the map have lots of cabinets and drawers to search for one, and you may find one lying on a table within the apartment as well. Make sure to check Grandioso Apartments and the Santa Maria Houses in particular, as they have some of the most Residential loot on average.
Another objective in The League is to find and photograph the football goal, which can be found by the Water Towers on Dam Battleground. You’ll need to head down to the southwestern corner of the map to reach the Water Towers, as they’re south of the Electrical Substation.
Upon arriving, you’ll see several large circular structures, one of which is painted to look like a giant football, and next to it is the goal. Approach the area near that structure, and you’ll get a prompt to photograph the goal, which completes the second objective.
For the third and fourth objectives, you’ll need to photograph some football magazines at a kiosk and find a Bicycle Pump. While the Bicycle Pump can be found in any area with Residential loot, this quest gives you a specific location to search and get one from, and it’s the same place as the football magazines.
Head to the center of Buried City, Marano Park, and look for the unburied kiosk on the right side of the park, near the fountain. Outside, you’ll find a broken bike, and you can interact with it to get a guaranteed Bicycle Pump.
Marano Park is one of the best locations in Buried City to find Apricots for Scrappy, but beware of the Bombardier that often spawns in the area and patrols between the Town Hall and the Library.
Once you’ve got the Bicycle Pump, go inside the kiosk, and you’ll get the prompt to take a photograph of the football magazines. Doing so will complete the fourth objective, and now all you’ll need to do is extract and return to Speranza with the Bicycle Pump.
Make sure both it and the Deflated Football are in your inventory when you talk to Apollo to successfully complete the quest, and as a reward, you’ll get the Faded Flush color palette for the Aviator outfit, five Tagging Grenades, and five Firecrackers.
