Speranza is home to a lot of people in Arc Raiders, and a good portion of them are Raiders who go above ground and look for things to bring back to the city. With how dangerous things are for them, the people of Speranza try to watch out for each other.

Arc Raiders: Movie Night Quest Walkthrough
In the Movie Night quest of Arc Raiders, you’ll first have to find a Portable TV and then some old movie tapes for Apollo.
If someone’s acting strange or missing, it’s all hands on deck to find them in case something’s up, or they might’ve encountered some trouble – from ARC, or other people. This time, Celeste is looking for a solitary Raider named Bilguun. He’s not much for socializing, but no one’s seen him in Speranza for a while, so it’s time to see if everything’s okay.
Where To Find Bilguun’s Hideout
Keeping An Eye Out is one of Celeste’s quests, and it’s pretty short, but your main objective can be tricky to get to. Head to The Blue Gate to complete it, but make sure you bring either a Snap Hook or at least two Ziplines, as they make the quest easier.
You can purchase three Ziplines from Apollo’s shop every 24 real-world hours for only 3,000 Credits if you can’t craft Ziplines or don’t have any in your Stash.
The first objective is to locate the collapsed highway at the southwestern end of the Barren Clearing, and the specific wreckage you need is west of the Forest Airshaft, near the edge of the map. Just walking up to it will complete that objective.
Next, you need to find Bilguun’s hideout. It’s located at the end of the broken highway just slightly southeast of the other objective. Find the section of highway that’s still standing, then look up towards where it’s broken off, and you’ll see a stop sign near an open crevice at the top.
Be careful going through the Barren Clearing, as a Leaper frequently spawns and patrols the area around the Deforesters, while a Bombardier is a more uncommon spawn.
Now, you have three options to get to it:
- Use a Zipline or Snap Hook, then position it so the line reaches just above the crevice, and you get sent straight in.
- Set the Zipline or Snap Hook so you get sent to the top of the highway, then drop off the edge backwards, and press vault so you grab onto the edge of the crevice and pull yourself in.
- If you don’t have either, go to the Highway Collapse south of the Checkpoint POI and climb up, then follow the highway back to the west until you reach the edge, where the hideout is, then drop from and catch the ledge.
A good spot to put the Zipline at is on the edge of the highway debris on the ground, as it can reach to either the top of the highway or to the crevice depending on where you want to place it.
Once inside Bilguun’s hideout, all you need to do is walk a few steps in, and you’ll get a prompt to take a photo of the area. This will complete the last objective, and you can go ahead and return to Speranza.
Speak to Celeste at her shop, and as a reward, you’ll receive some EXP, depending on your level, five Pulse Mines, and the Flame Spray, an Uncommon Quick Use item that acts as a makeshift flamethrower, similar to what Fireballs use.
