The Heartopia Winter Frost Event is in full swing, and it’s a great time to try out some new snow-themed activities, find friends at concerts, cook up some chilly culinary delights, or update your winter wardrobe. With the new tasks and quests come event-themed “Fashionwave” items to reward yourself with, but they aren’t always easy to purchase.
The event store changes daily. However, there are other ways Heartopia gives you a chance at securing your favorite frosty item. With a little help from your friends, you don’t have to worry about being late to the party. Here’s how the DG member purchase option works.
Where To Buy Fashionwave Items
It isn’t always necessary to hunt for the item you want. If the item, furniture, or clothing is in stock via Azure at the Winter Event area on Onsen Mountain, and if you have enough tokens, you can speak to her and complete the transaction as you would with any merchant in the game. Azure is located between the Winter Utopia bus stop and the igloo.
There is also an option to refresh the store to show new items, but it costs 2500 gold.

How To Ask DG Members For Help
Sometimes you’ll miss an item in the Fashionwave Store. Maybe you don’t have enough Fashionwave Tokens, or you forgot to check that day, or perhaps you simply don’t think you want one until it’s too late. You can always wait until it cycles back around again in the store, but there isn’t a guarantee that this will happen, or if it even will.
If this happens to you, all is not lost. You can actually see who else in the game has the item you’d like and can request their help in purchasing it for yourself. When in the Fashionwave Store, select the DG Member Friend Purchase tab, then on the right, select the item you’re looking for.
Once you’ve found the item, you’ll see at the bottom of the page the players who currently own that item. Select the person you’re requesting help from and add them as a friend or just track them on the map. Once they accept and/or you find them, you can ask for their help. When you’ve approached them, you’ll see two or three icons. Select the right-hand icon (or middle if you’re friends) to open the Fashionwave sell or buy options.
To request the items, select the basket icon on the right-hand side and choose the items you’d like. If the person agrees to help you, the action will consume 30 energy from them, so offering them some food before or after will often help seal the deal. Since you can request help from other DG Members, they can also request help from you.
When requesting help to purchase a Fashionwave item, you aren’t buying the DG Members’ actual product, just as they aren’t purchasing yours. You are simply helping them by having the item in your possession and spending the energy to help them buy one of their own.
