Prismatic Evolutions stands out as one of the most anticipated sets in the Pokemon TCG, kicking off 2025 with a frenzy of sales that left the product in short supply. Ever since Evolving Skies changed the landscape of the Pokemon TCG with its collection of gorgeous Alt Arts, Eeveelution-themed sets have demanded the attention of collectors, competitors, and investors.
However, unlike Evolving Skies, Prismatic Evolutions has even more Eeveelutions, featuring the entire roster, including Eevee, among its lineup of Special Illustration Rares (SIRs). On top of the available variety, Prismatic Evolutions boasts Master Ball Reverse Holos plus god and demi-god packs, which can include multiple Eeveelution SIRs or even the entire lineup.
These cards are ordered according to their TCGplayer market prices.
Updated February 8, 2026, by Andrew Scariati: The best Prismatic Evolutions chase cards have some major additions to fill out the top ten. Read on to see which Eeveelutions pulled ahead in the race to be the second-best Prismatic Evolutions chase card behind Umbreon.
10
Eevee ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $115.72
Eevee’s price chart, like the rest of the set’s, is a rollercoaster thanks to the series of reprints that Prismatic Evolutions received in 2025. With those behind us, Eevee stabilized in price at just above $100, with the rest of its evolved forms following suit above it.
While Eevee might not rise to the same price level as its evolutions, it seems poised to chase after them as Prismatic Evolutions rebounds and prices continue to soar when it goes out of print.
9
Jolteon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $143.61
Jolteon is sitting in the basement, as the least valuable Eeveelution in Prismatic Evolutions, though at a very respectable price tag. This art’s chaotic vibe is the perfect pairing for Jolteon’s crackling Electric personality.
This card once hovered above $200, and it’s likely to approach those levels again in the future. Expect to see the prices for many of Prismatic Evolutions’ best chase cards begin to rise above the benchmark set by Jolteon, as it’s unlikely to rise above many of its counterparts anytime soon.
8
Roaring Moon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $153.45
Roaring Moon ruins this Eeveelution party by being the standout non-Eevee inclusion, though a well-deserved one. Roaring Moon is a rare Paradox Pokemon from Scarlet & Violet’s Paldea region, and this card’s legendary artist, Shinji Kanda, is just as exciting.
Shinji Kanda rose to prominence as the artist behind iconic cards like Giratina V from Lost Origin and Magikarp V from Paldea Evolved.
This card’s price tag has remained relatively stable compared to many of the other cards in the set, as its all-time high only pushed the $181 mark. If the rest of the Eeveelutions move toward that mark, expect Roaring Moon to soar past some of them.
7
Flareon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $158.77
Flareon’s gorgeous fiery background and colorful Tera Crown combination give this illustration the perfect balance between bold colors and recognizable subjects. While Jolteon got a bit lost in the brightness of its surroundings, Flareon is still distinctly visible as the clear centerpiece, even with a massive crown on its small head.
Expect Flareon to consistently nip at Vaporeon’s heels, as the two are likely to remain relatively close in value based on how other similarly related cards tend to behave.
6
Vaporeon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $169.27
This Water-type stands tall as a representative of the original three from Kanto. While Vaporeon’s valuable cards can’t compete with some of the most popular Eeveelutions, it maintains a respectable spot among the best Prismatic Evolutions chase cards.
While this Pokemon might boast more popularity as a meme rather than as a highly beloved Pokemon TCG card, there’s no doubt that Vaporeon’s artwork features some of the most vivid and detailed artwork of any card in Prismatic Evolutions.
5
Glaceon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $175.17
Glaceon’s most valuable cards have some new competition on the block – as do all Eeveelutions – thanks to the fantastic collection of Special Illustration Rares in Prismatic Evolutions. Glaceon’s clean, icy background perfectly reflects the Pokemon’s motif, while creating a bright, eye-catching background to admire.
Even though the most valuable cards in Prismatic Evolutions fell in price from their sky-high debuts, as expected, Glaceon’s placement among the Eeveelution SIRs finally moved closer to where it settled in Evolving Skies. With the full roster of Eeveelutions to compete with, Glaceon’s popularity is being clarified in this set.
4
Espeon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $199.06
Espeon stands clear above Glaceon as the more popular Eeveelution, but doesn’t boast an insurmountable lead over its kin, as this card remains within striking distance.
While the Pokemon Company delivered on their promise of plenty of reprints for Prismatic Evolutions, the values are stabilizing and beginning to rise, although the hierarchy will likely remain the same.
Despite debuting with Umbreon in Generation Two and frequently being paired with the Dark-type to form a dynamic duo, Espeon’s value can’t compete with Umbreon and sits well below the most expensive Eeveelution cards in Prismatic Evolutions.
3
Leafeon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $239.84
With the amount of money being thrown around to secure any of the best Eeveelution cards in Prismatic Evolutions, Leafeon’s foliage-packed verdant green forest reflects the flowers this Pokemon is getting as a standout star in the set.
It’s going to be a tight, long-term battle between this card and Leafeon’s most valuable card from Evolving Skies, but both cards offer beautiful sights to behold. If you’re a fan of whimsy, then Evolving Skies might strike your fancy, but purists will appreciate the natural habitat Leafeon enjoys on this card.
2
Sylveon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $308.99
Sylveon typically garners more attention on the Japanese side of the Pokemon TCG; however, this SIR is so stunning and filled with bright, beautiful designs that it claims the runner-up spot as the second most valuable card in Prismatic Evolutions.
This entry helps to strengthen Sylveon’s position among the most valuable Eeveelution cards in the Pokemon TCG, and the artwork perfectly embodies Sylveon’s bubbly personality. From the pink coloring to the multicolored flowers and ribbons, this Sylveon ex could have been the best chase card in Prismatic Evolutions if not for the greatest Eeveelution ever.
1
Umbreon ex (Special Illustration Rare) – $972.51
Nobody should be surprised to see Umbreon at the top of another list, this time standing tall as the clear best chase card in Prismatic Evolutions, thanks to its overwhelming popularity and gorgeous design that pays homage to both “Moonbreon” that came before it.
While this card’s debut placed it relatively on par with its predecessor from Evolving Skies, this Prismatic Evolutions chase card has experienced similar ups and downs. However, it’s likely to settle well above the $1,000 mark over the long term.
