Arknights: Endfield lets you use up to four characters in the team, but there’s only one main character that you get at the start. To give you at least one full team without having to rely on the gacha system, the game slowly adds characters to your account as you progress to certain parts of the quest.
Perlica is one of these free characters, and she is the first one to get unlocked. She’s also the character that’ll stay with you throughout your Talos-II journey. However, if you want to keep her in your combat team with you, you’ll have to build her with some specific gear.
Best Perlica Weapons And Essence
Even though Perlica uses a dagger and has some of the most breathtaking attack animations in Arknights: Endfield, the weapon you’ll have to use on her still has to be an Arts Unit. Thankfully, you have quite a few decent choices, but Oblivion is the best weapon for Perlica if you want to use her as a DPS.

If you’ve played a gacha game before, you’d already know that the F2P characters given at the very start of the game are usually not the best and don’t last very long in the meta. Unfortunately, it might be similar with Perlica simply because her kit doesn’t have a specific direction.
She can apply Electric Infliction with her battle skill, which is good, but the fact that it requires a Skill Point isn’t the best. However, you can still slot Perlica in the two teams mentioned above if you don’t have better choices for the following reasons:
- Avywenna gets her combo skill activated when last hitting the enemy with Electric Infliction, which can easily be applied with Perlica. This Infliction also helps Arclight generate more SP.
- Perlica has a passive where she can chain her combo skill if she’s attacking an enemy with Vulnerable, which makes her a decent early game teammate for the Physical teams with Endministrator or Da Pan as the main DPS.
Perlica Abilities Overview And Upgrade Priority
Finally, Perlica has one of the easiest kits to understand in Arknights: Endfield, and here’s what she does:
- Perlica can deal damage in an AoE with her battle skill and apply the Electric Weakness. Moreover, her Ultimate is just a giant burst damage attack that deals damage in a bigger AoE.
- You can trigger her combo skill simply by final striking the enemy, which applies Electrification on them. While Perlica might not have buffs of her own, Electrification itself can make the enemies take more Arts DMG.
- Finally, if you’re attacking as a staggered enemy with her, she can deal increased damage.
Perlica can become a lot better in Electric teams once you have all her potentials unlocked as the last one buffs the Arts DMG increase from her Electrification. As for her abilities, the Ultimate is your first priority, followed by the battle skill, and then the combo skill.
