Rockstar Games president Sam Houser and former GTA lead Leslie Benzies are referenced in the Epstein Files through a statement from Sarah Ransome, a confirmed victim of Epstein, who accuses Benzies of sexual assault.
Yesterday, the US Department of Justice (also known as the DOJ) shared more than three million pages from the Epstein Files, a range of documents detailing convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes. These files not only shine a damning light on Epstein himself, but also reveal connections between him and other figures.
A lot of names have been found in the Epstein Files, but perhaps one of the most surprising discoveries so far is the mention of Houser and Benzies, though it’s important to note that being mentioned in the files doesn’t connect them to Epstein directly, although there are some serious claims made against Benzies in particular.
Former Rockstar North President Accused Of Sexual Assault In Epstein Files
Current President Sam Houser Also Mentioned
As pointed out by RojaTop on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, the mention of Benzies and Houser comes from page 38 of the latest batch of Epstein Files. In the files, Sarah Ransome shares a huge witness list, which calls out Benzies and Houser by name and shares details of why they’re mentioned.

Jeffrey Epstein Was Banned From Xbox Live In 2013 For “Harassment, Threats, And/Or Abuse Of Other Players”
Epstein was permanently suspended from Xbox Live over a decade ago due to misconduct, and as part of Operation: Game Over.
Ransome alleges that Benzies “sexually assaulted” her, before noting that it’s not surprising considering it comes from the “guy who helped invent GTA”. Ransome also states that Benzies “knew what was happening” and gave her the money to book a ticket to New York back in 2006.
Sam Houser is referenced after Benzies, as Ransome claims that they met “ample times” when she was dating Benzies. Ransome says that “the time has come about what you and your Rockstar North boys really get up to behind the scenes”, before saying that she’s surprised there has “yet to be a class action for you guys alone”.
