Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is adding its latest free SEGA character to the kart racing fun very soon indeed, and just in time for the holiday season.
NiGHTS, the main character of SEGA Saturn classic NiGHTS into Dreams, joins the fun on Christmas Eve — that’s 24th December, 2025 for you fans of dates.
It’s a fun release date for the character, as the series has a connection to the holiday thanks to Christmas NiGHTS Into Dreams.
Anyway, the character brings with them a new NiGHTS-themed vehicle and “special emotes and sounds”, all free as part of CrossWorlds’ next update.
This won’t be the last SEGA character to join the roster, as AiAi and a duo of Sonic comic book characters are also coming soon.
