Publisher Focus Entertainment has finally announced a release date for its over-the-top zombie shooter, John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando.
Announced all the way back in 2023, the co-op FPS will make its arrival on PS5 on 12th March, 2026.

It’s heavily inspired by 80s action flicks, and its silly tone and gratuitous gore certainly play into that.
Playable solo or with up to four players, it has you driving weaponised vehicles and wielding a wide range of weapons to fight back against the hordes of undead, who look like they come in pretty intimidating numbers.
We reckon this will be a good laugh with a group of pals, and at £34.99/$39.99, it’s fairly budget-friendly too.
