One of those is the Snow Sculpting Hobby.

How To Unlock The Snow Sculpting Hobby
To unlock the Snow Sculpting Hobby, speak to Azure in the event area on Onsen Mountain. Select the Fashionwave Hobby Store, and purchase the Snow Sculpting Hobby ticket for 100 Wishing Stars. You’ll then get a tutorial quest to complete your first snow sculpture, as well as all the tools needed to make it.

If your inventory is full when this quest starts, check your mailbox for the Snow Machine and Snow Sculpting Bench.
How To Make A Snow Sculpture
Set the Snow Machine on your home lot and interact with it to start the process. It takes one hour to generate 20 Snowballs, so make sure to check back and collect them regularly. You can also get Snowballs by going about your regular resource-harvesting activities, like chopping wood.
Once you have the Snowballs, set the Snow Sculpting Bench down on your home lot and interact with it to set up the snow. When you’re ready to sculpt, interact with it again to begin the minigame.
On both sides of your screen there will be a set of snowflakes. Tap on each of them when they light up to increase the quality of your snow sculpture. A misclick can result in the poo snow sculpture, so be careful unless that’s what you’re going for.
How To Increase The Snow Sculpting Hobby
As you work on your craft, you’ll earn experience points. However, unlike typical hobbies, you’ll need special Hobby Upgrade Tickets to increase your rank. There are only five levels to the Snow Sculpting Hobby, and you can purchase these tickets from Azure for 50 Wishing Stars each during the Winter Fashionwave Season.
Make sure to save up your stars to unlock each level and type of sculpture. You can track your progress in your collections journal, which will show you what kind of sculptures you can make, including ice cream cones and snowmen that resemble your favorite NPCs, like Bob or Mayor Atara!
