You can find the Cosmic Matrix in the Vault section of the main menu. In here, you can acquire rewards by spending the cubes you get from completing challenges and picking up collectibles.
Ultimate Alliance!
Reach Ultimate Team Level.
Your team level increases as you beat stages. ‘Ultimate’ is the max level.
Maxed out Superhero!
Max out a Superhero’s Level.
Your heroes gain levels as you complete missions with them. The highest level they can reach is ten, so just keep replaying levels with the same heroes to max them out.
Mighty Shield!
Deflect 50 projectiles with Captain America’s shield.
When playing as Captain America, hit the dodge/block button right as a projectile is about to hit you to deflect it. Do this 50 times.
Quantum Strike!
Perform 50 successful teleport strikes as Phyla-Vell.
As Phyla-Vell, use your power attack, then hit the power attack button again to teleport and attack the enemy a second time. If you land the second hit, it counts as a teleport strike. Do this 50 times.
Cosmic Ghost Blaster!
Defeat 50 enemies using Cosmic Ghost Rider’s blasters.
Ghost Rider’s power attack is the Cosmic Blaster. Defeat 50 enemies with it.
Board Bash!
Knock down 3 enemies affected by cosmic damage with a single Silver Surfer tackle.
When you use your power attack with the Silver Surfer, the enemies it hits are dealt cosmic damage. While three of them are dealing with that, dash toward them and hit the attack button to knock them all over.
Full of Photons!
Defeat 50 enemies with Nova’s photon blasts.
To use Nova’s photon blasts, you need to press the power attack button. Beat 50 of them with it. It will typically take multiple blasts to defeat someone.
Hammer Time!
Defeat 50 enemies with Beta Ray Bill’s Stormbreaker.
Throw the Stormbreaker weapon by using Beta Ray Bill’s power attack. Beat 50 enemies with it.
Fuzzy Grenadier!
Defeat 50 enemies with Rocket’s grenades.
Throw grenades as Rocket Raccoon by using his power attack. Kill 50 enemies with them.
Phoenix Flame!
Defeat 15 enemies with Phoenix’s Fire Dash and Air Attack.
When you get Phoenix to level five, she gains a passive skill. This skill means that when her focus bar is full, her dash (forward, forward, attack) and air (jump, attack) attacks can burn enemies. Kill 15 people by doing this.
Ground Pound!
Knock down 3 enemies while using Venom’s smashing grab on another adversary.
When playing as Venom, you can grab enemies with the power attack button and start smashing them with the attack button. If you do this to someone while surrounded by other foes, it will knock them down.
Knock’em down!
Hit 4 enemies while throwing a single opponent with She-Hulk.
To throw someone as She-Hulk, grab them with the power attack button, and then either hit that button again or hit the regular attack button to throw them. You need to throw someone into four other enemies to get this achievement/trophy.
The swarm of bugs you come across in the first proper level after the prologue presents a good chance to get this. Yet, keep in mind that you need to grab another enemy to throw at them.
Perfect Storm!
Absorb 10 electric attacks and deal it back to an enemy as Storm.
When you get Storm to level five, you unlock her passive skill. With it unlocked, hitting a perfect dodge means your next attack will be electrified. So, dodge and attack ten enemies when you have this passive.
Panther Parry!
Perform 50 kinetic parries as Black Panther.
This achievement/trophy can be confusing since to perform a kinetic parry with Black Panther, you don’t use the dodge/block button. Instead, you hold down the attack button. Then, when someone hits you, it will count as performing a kinetic parry. Do 50 of them.
Adamantium Fury!
Perform 100 hits combo as Wolverine.
Getting a 100-hit combo with Wolverine sounds tougher than it is. The best way to do it is to kill an enemy, then continue hitting them to keep their corpse in the air. Strikes on dead enemies still count toward the combo as long as they haven’t hit the ground yet. So, get them up against a wall and keep juggling them.
Electric Trap!
Trap 50 enemies with Iron Man’s Electro-Charge attack.
To utilize an Electro-Charge attack as Iron Man, hold down the attack button to unleash a ball of electric energy. Enemies can get trapped in these balls and take damage. Get 50 enemies with it.
Swinging Spider!
Knock down 5 enemies in a single swinging kick with Spider-Man.
To do a swing kick with Spider-Man, you need to jump and then press the attack button. Do it toward a group of five enemies to get this achievement/trophy.
Mighty Marvel Team-Up!
Perform 50 successful Team Assist.
When you hold down the hero swap button and then hit an attack button, your second character will come into battle temporarily to attack the enemy. This counts as an assist, so do 50 of them.
Galactic Challenger!
Complete all stage Challenges.
Each stage has a few challenges to complete. This is a guide to completing all of them.
Hits Parade!
Perform a 200 Hits combo.
The best way to build up a combo is to juggle an enemy who is already dead by continually hitting them. You can’t let them land on the ground, though.
Roll Call!
Complete the game with all characters.
You simply need to complete the game with all of the playable characters. However, you only need to beat the last level with them instead of all of them.
Cosmic Cubist!
Find all Cosmic Cubes hidden within each stage.
Cosmic Cubes are the game’s collectibles. Here you can find all of their locations.
Variant Fighter!
Use a hero to defeat his own doppleganger.
During the game, you unlock several different characters by beating them in boss fights. Once you unlock one, return to that stage as the new character and have them beat the boss version of themselves.
Mutants United!
Perform a team assist using Wolverine and Storm on Dark Phoenix.
Select Wolverine and Storm as your characters from the Blue Area of the Moon stage. Then, in the final boss battle, do a team assist, which is where you hold down the change hero button and hit an attack button.
Special Attack Assemble!
Trigger a full Team Special Attack with 3 other players.
This needs to be done in multiplayer with three other people. When everyone has full focus bars, you all need to press the team swap and special attack buttons at the same time.
Teamwork Tussle!
Complete a stage in Multiplayer (local or online).
Beat any stage in local or online multiplayer.
Superhero Squad!
Complete the game in Multiplayer (local or online).
Beat the entire game in local or online multiplayer.
Real Collector (PlayStation only)
Unlock all the trophies.
Unlock every other trophy in the game.
