How To Successfully Get The Shipping Logs In Arc Raiders

Raiders have to deal with a lot in ARC Raiders. Not only is ARC itself out to kill any human that sets foot above ground, but they have to deal with other hostile Raiders, internal politics, illnesses, and everything else. There are plenty of issues that aren’t talked about as often, either.

Arc Raiders: Utility Case Location Guide

Utility Cases can be surprisingly helpful in Arc Raiders; here’s where to find them.

Many Raiders have been dealing with hearing issues and loss thanks to all the explosions from grenades and the terrifying pressure the biggest ARC machines can put out. Lance is looking to help them out, but he’ll need some help digging into old research and prototypes at Stella Montis to do so.

Where To Find The Guest Logs

For this quest from Lance, you’ll be heading to Stella Montis, and there are several places you’ll need to obtain information from for him.

Your first stop is the Lobby, so head there and look for the green desks on the northern side of the area, past the security bridge. Go behind the desk and interact with the computer next to the desk lamp to complete the first objective.

Be careful of Shredders, as two spawn close by the Lobby and tend to patrol through the two main sections of the area, and might go past the desks where the guest logs are.

Where To Find The Researcher’s Notes

The next computer you need to find is located in the Auditorium, which isn’t too far from the Lobby. Stay on the upper floors of the Lobby, exit through the doors in the lower-right corner of the area (if you’re looking at the map), and follow the hallway to the Business Center.

This area’s pretty open, but the doors to the south lead to the Auditorium. Go behind the desk at the bottom of the room, and interact with the computer to send the next bundle of data to Lance and complete the second objective.

Where To Find The Prototype Information

The third location you need to visit is the Medical Research wing, which is all the way on the western side of the map, and one of the more dangerous areas between the Shredders lurking in the halls, and it’s one of the more frequent PVP spots.

The easiest way to get to it is to go back to the Lobby from the Auditorium if you’re already there, then take the Central Corridor west so you can bypass the Bastion and other enemies in the Cargo Docks.

Head south at the end of the Central Corridor, head into the second room on the upper floor of the area, and look for the computer at the end of four desks pushed together near the door heading to the center of the area. Interact with it, and you’ll complete the third objective.

Where To Find The Shipping Logs

The fourth location you need to go to is the Assembly Workshop, so you can find the Shipping Logs. Almost every location in Stella Montis has at least one path to the Assembly wing of the area, so it’s not too difficult to find, especially if you’re already in the Medical Research wing.

When you’re there, head towards the Assembly Workshop section at the very northern end of the map, and head up the stairs next to the Raider Hatch to the rooms above. Inside that first room, you’ll see a box with some folders on top of it in the corner near the window, and you can search them to complete the fourth objective.

At the time of this article, there were multiple reports that people are having issues getting the papers from the last quest step. It may take multiple search attempts or visits to Stella Montis to successfully trigger the papers dropping from the box.

Several people have theorized that it may be incorrectly issuing one paper per raid, so your best bet if you’re encountering the bug is to rush to the room in the Assembly Workshop and get there first.

When you’ve completed the fourth objective, extract and head back to Speranza, then speak to Lance. As a reward for your hard work, you’ll receive the Navy Blue color palette for the Warden outfit, three Lure Grenades, five Noisemakers, and one Shaker. It also unlocks the next quest in the chain from Lance, On The Map.
