Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road has an absurd 5,400 players to recruit, featuring players from every other game and anime series in the franchise. The best part is that you can recruit every single one of these players within the game itself.
However, if you actually want to recruit them all, get ready for a massive grind. Below, we’ll show you how to recruit players in both of the game’s main modes.
How To Recruit Players In Online And Chronicle Mode
To get more players for your custom online and Chronicle Mode teams by summoning them using their Spirit. You can obtain player Spirits either by winning them in battles or summoning them using Bond Stars.
Battles in Chronicle Mode are the most consistent way to get a specific player Spirit, but they can take a while. You can check the drop rate for each player’s Spirit on each node in Chronicle Mode.
Alternatively, you can use Bond Stars to summon players. You can earn these randomly by playing online matches, or Rare Drop Battles and Hero Battles in Chronicle Mode.
You can then use five Bond Stars to summon 12 random Spirits from a number of different pools through the Player Universe tab of Chronicle Mode.
You can then turn the Spirits into players through the Spirits tab on the Team Dock.

Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road – How To Level Up Fast
Here are the best methods for leveling up your players quickly in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road.
How To Recruit Players In Story Mode
Recruiting more players in the Story Mode works a little differently from elsewhere in the game, since this mode has an entirely separate roster and inventory from online and Chronicle modes.
You won’t be able to recruit any players besides the ones introduced through the story until Chapter 4. Near the start of the chapter, you’ll get to pick five players to join your team of 15 different options. You won’t be able to recruit the other 10 players until later in the game, so choose wisely.
Then, during Chapter 7, you’ll gain the ability to recruit players you see around the map by completing their Bond Quest. There are dozens of players recruitable in this fashion, but the general requirements are the same for all of them.
- Talk to the player twice to learn their name.
- Give them their preferred item
- Meet them at a new location
- Complete their Bond Quest
Bond Quests typically involve things like completing activities or rumors around town, completing side quests, performing specific objectives during matches, and so on.
Different players appear on different days and times. You can change the time at a Kraken Statue, like the one just outside the school gate.
Once you’ve completed all four objectives, you’ll be able to recruit the player to your team, and use them in Story Mode battles. After you beat the main story, you can then use these players in other game modes as well.
