Finding out the secrets of Project Heartwood and why it was locked away and never finished is an ongoing saga in Arc Raiders, as the earthquake-resistant housing it planned to make would make Speranza so much safer.

Arc Raiders: Worth Your Salt Quest Walkthrough
A battery that runs on something other than electricity would be a huge boon for Speranza.
It seems an organization called MANTIKOR had the project shut down, but the people who worked on it so long ago evidently weren’t keen to let go of their hard work, so there is still information left behind in offices and hidden in their own filing systems. Celeste thinks we can get access to it, but it’ll take some brave Raiders to find out how.
Where To Find The Foreman’s Apartment
This quest of Celeste’s takes place in both the Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds, but the first place you need to head to is the Buried City. Make your way to Piazza Roma in the northwestern area of the city, and specifically to the apartments south of it, starting with Apartment Building A1.
Go inside and use either the stairs or the zipline to reach floor three. Inside the apartment building here, go to the broken windows and look for the ledge outside the window to the other building, Apartment Building A2. Hop across to get into the foreman’s apartment.
If you’re having trouble getting the second objective, approach the barricaded door in the corner of the room. This will trigger the objective’s completion if it wasn’t already.
Once the quest objective updates, head further into the apartment to the desk in the center of the room and interact with the keyboard beneath the monitors to access his logbook. All the Buried City objectives will be complete, and now it’s time to head to Dam Battlegrounds.
How To Find The Reconstruction Project Details
For the objectives on Dam Battlegrounds, head to the Power Generation Complex on the northern end of the map to complete the first objective. Next, you’ll need to go to the Controlled Access Zone, which is located underground directly south of the Power Generation Complex.
There are multiple ways to reach the Controlled Access Zone, such as through the hallways in the Power Generation Complex, but one of the most direct is to approach the area from the south, go up the partially broken staircase on the outside of the building on the left side, and enter through the doorway in the wall.
The overgrown room is a great place to find Mushrooms, Great Mullein, Ticks for Tick Pods, and Husks if you need them for Feats, but beware the Turrets that often spawn on the walls, as they have good sightlines and hit surprisingly hard.
Whichever way you enter, you’ll need to reach the central portion of the area full of plants and a large red staircase going through the whole thing. The next objective will be updated as soon as you get in, so now you need to get into the foreman’s locked office.
Take the stairs down to the bottom of the room, and look for a Fuel Cell next to a Wasp Husk near one of the doors. Pick it up and carry it back up the stairs to the brown generator on the catwalk on the third level of the stairs.
You can also find a door that needs the Dam Controlled Access Zone Key here, as well as a puzzle involving finding four different buttons hidden in different spots throughout the room that opens another locked door accessed via the staircase.
Make sure the light turns green to ensure it unlocks the foreman’s office, so just head up the last set of stairs and out into the hallway you might have passed on the way in.
Both doors to the room will be open, so go inside and look for the whiteboard near the other entrance. Interact with it to take a photo, and now all the quest objectives are complete. Make sure to loot the medical items and grenades scattered around the desks and consoles, as well as the Weapon Crate that often spawns inside, then head back to Speranza.
Speak with Celeste at her shop, and for your reward, you’ll get some EXP, a Level Two Anvil, a Legendary Anvil Splitter Modification, an Extended Barrel Modification, and 40 Heavy Ammo.
