Jump from the ground and latch onto the wall.
Run and jump into a wall (R2/RT and X/A or Ctrl and Spacebar) to automatically attach to it.
Not even a scratch
Survive a 15-meter fall.
It’s hard to tell what is 15-meters in the game, so you may need to do a bit of trial-and-error to get this one. Just make sure you have full health before intentionally falling to the ground below.
Leave no trace
Compost 10 trash items.
Open your bag, hover over the items, and hold down the ‘Compost’ button. Do this 10 times. You should do this with any trash you have.
Just a bit too late
Fall while planting a piton.
When your limbs are shaking and you’re about to fall, attempt to plant a piton in the wall. If you take too long, you will fall, which is what you want in this case.

Take a break at the waterfall.

Catch a fish.
Sometimes, you will find little bodies of water with fish in them. When you do, move around until a button prompt is on screen. Then press the button to catch the fish.
Lactic acid
Recover stamina by shaking your arm over 50 times.
If you press Triangle, Y, or Q, you can recover a bit of stamina while climbing. Do this 50 times.
Hungry like a wolf
Loot food from a corpse.
You can find a bunch of corpses on the mountain, whether outside or within caves. Some have food or drink on them.
End of the Rope
Reach the furthest extent of the rope.
Put a piton high up on the wall, and slide all the way down until you reach the bottom of the rope.

Enjoy a nice outdoor nap.
You can sleep outside your tent by hitting L2/LT and pressing down on the D-pad, or by pressing X and hitting the ‘1’ key.
Lick responsibly
Become woozy from licking a frog.
You can sometimes find frogs in caves. Go up to one and hit the prompt to lick it.
Nurse
Tape your fingers 20 times.
Your fingers can get messed up from climbing, which loosens your grip. When you’re in your tent, though, there is an option to tape your fingers. Tape them up 20 times.
Close call
Survive to a near-deadly fall.
When near death, jump off a small drop to injure yourself enough to Blackout instead of die.
Serious Training
Open the box in the gym room.
During the tutorial, you’re only instructed to climb three of the training walls. However, if you climb and complete all eight, a box near the main wall will become available. Open it.
Grizzly woman
Survive the bear.
Shortly after separating from Marco in The Two Hundred Steps area, you can go up some stairs to find a cave that has a bear inside. Meet the bear, then run outside before it can kill you.
All that Glitters
Find glow-in-the-dark gloves.
At one point, you find a rare trace of civilization within a mountain. Go through it to find an area filled with yellow crystals. Climb up to the opening to find the glow-in-the-dark-gloves within it.
No Thanks
Interrupt Marco’s rambling.
During one sequence, Marco is talking a lot. Tell him to be quiet by hitting the prompt that appears.
Honest heist
Collect wild honey from the wall.
You can get honey from yellow beehives that are on the mountain. There is one shortly after you start climbing the main mountain (once you’ve left the tutorial area). It’s under a big arch. It’s actually easier to reach it if you rappel down from above.
One hell of a night
Wake up on the mountain in top shape.

Bag maniac
Did you really think you could keep your bag tidy?
This one is a bit odd because the completion requirements aren’t exactly clear. Simply keep shaking your bag, picking up items, and rotating those items to eventually get the Achievement or Trophy.
Heartbeat
Find an Edelweiss.
While making your way up the mountain, you have to climb a large pillar at one point. Partyway up it, you will find a little opening with a body inside. On that body is a flower.
The Child
Find the first guardian’s troglodyte piton.
During The Child section of the game, you can find a large statue. Light up the nearby braziers and enter the statue’s mouth. Inside, you can find the first Guardian’s Troglodyte Piton.
Neither a success, nor a failure

One day, I’ll be rich!
Bring all crystal shards to the crystal-cutter.
You will meet a guy named the Crystal Cutter, who desires some crystals. Collect five crystal shards from near the guy and hand them over to him.

Catch a weird salamander.
At the area known as The Secret, you can enter a cave, and within it, there is a brightly colored salamander. Pick it up using the button prompt.
Light up the sky
Shoot fireworks
You can find fireworks in The Shortcut section, within a cave that was clearly used for a rave. The fireworks are next to the speaker. Then, when you get to a rock pile with a red ribbon on it, you can take a rest and light the fireworks up.
Leap of Faith
Run and jump into the void while on the rope.
When you look over some edges, all you can see below is nothingness. Attach a piton to the top of these edges, then run and jump off into the nothingness. The rope will keep you alive.
Upstream
Survive the avalanche.

The Secret
Find the third guardian’s troglodyte piton.
In The Secret area, you will find a frozen waterfall. Nearby is a doorway that leads you to where the Third Guardian’s Troglodyte Piton is located.
Meteorologist
Assemble the 3 doll pieces.
There are three doll pieces you can collect that automatically fuse together. They’re in The Child, The Standing Stones, and The Vault areas. Use the Remote View mode to see their locations from a distance.
Red Rope Club
Make an alcoholic cocktail.
You can make a cocktail at the cooking station in your tent. To do so, you must mix alcohol with other things, such as Maple Syrup.
Herbalist
Cook the ultimate infusion.
To make an Ultimate Infusion, mix water with an herb like Gentian. After that, mix that Infusion with another herb to make a Strong Infusion. Finally, take that Strong Infusion and mix it with one more herb to craft the Ultimate Infusion.

Aava Porter Bridges
Deliver Rody’s letter to the shepherdess.
You can find Rody’s letter on a bed in The Village. Then, you need to hand it over to the Shepherdess at The Vault.
The Ancient
Find the second guardian’s troglodyte piton.
When you’re at the Palace of the Wind, you need to rappel down next to the wooden bridge. Then, shimmy across to the left until you can drop down a bit further to a large stone spike. Shimmy around this spike and rappel down further before spinning around and swinging to a platform across the cazam. Once you get to that platform, you can head inside a cave, where you will find the second Guardian’s Troglodyte Piton inside.
I did it!
Reach mini-Kami summit.
While you’re in The Secret section of the game, you can locate a frozen waterfall. Near it is a doorway to enter. On the other side, you can find a Mount Kami statue. Climb on top of it.

Once the credits are over, you can rewatch your route.
Luxurious grip
Compost coins.
You can pick up some coins from the tutorial area. Then, open your backpack and press the button labelled ‘Compost.’
Love birds
Let loose Rody and Johanna’s kite.
In The Secret section, there is a wooden bridge on the side of a cliff. There, you can find a box you can interact with. If you do, you get the chance to cut Rody and Johanna’s kite free.
Doped up
Combine the effects of burst, grip, extra grip, focus, and grit in one go.
You can get Burst, Grip, Extra Grip, Focus, and Grit effects from different items. The items themselves tell you what they’ll provide through their icons:
- Burst Icon: A Person running.
- Grip Icon: A hand with the fingers bent.
- Extra Grip Icon: Bag of chalk (just use chalk to get this).
- Focus Icon: Pair of lungs.
- Grit Icon: A Shield.
Acquire all these buffs at once by using items that have them in quick succession.
In Memoriam
Place the origami in the shelter.
You can find an Origami Lynx in The Peril area. It’swithin a cave, high up on the mountain. Then, in The Blades section, look for an area with a bunch of backpacks. There is one that you can place the origami on.
Don’t stop me now
Climb 30 meters without using a piton.
Climb a big cliff without the help of a piton. Buffs will help you a lot.

Go back down with Marco.
There is a story-related decision deep into the game, where you choose to go with Marco.
Master chocolatier
Cook up an easter egg,
Cook some chocolate with water to make a chocolate drink. Then, cook that chocolate drink with an egg.
Spotted!
Find Marco with the binoculars.
When you get up to the Cable Car Station, use the binoculars to spot Marco. He will be far down there, so he will look just like a dot. He’s near the kite.
Engineer
Craft 15 pitons from scraps.
If you break pitons by not pushing them into the wall perfectly, you get scrap. With this scrap, you can make more pitons at your tent by interacting with the Climbot.
