After the events of Power Up in Arc Raiders, Celeste is looking to help get the power back running properly in Speranza. With it being an underground city, almost all of its infrastructure, technology, and processes have to run on electrical and solar power.
Without proper power, the people of Speranza will eventually run out of light and energy, their greenhouses and food stores will end up dying or ruined, and say goodbye to any injured people who need medical technology to keep them living. Celeste needs a Raider willing to go to the Dam Battlegrounds and help fix what needs fixing.
How To Find And Repair The Generator
This quest of Celeste’s takes place in Dam Battlegrounds, and it’s unlocked by completing the previous quest from her, Power Out.
First, head to the Power Generation Complex at the northern end of the map, and enter through the left side of the building if possible. If you enter on the right, you can still find the Generators; you’ll just have to cross the whole facility first.
Watch for Ticks, as they frequently spawn in the Generator room and hang from the support beams and walls.
You’ll know if one is near if you listen for the mechanical chirping they make, or you can double-check any high-up spots as you go in to make sure they don’t ambush you.
The Generator room is found on one of the lower floors on the left side of the building, close to the entrance doors, and you’ll recognize it by its large size, the stairs leading down into it, and its bright teal floor.
Look for the generator with the yellow wires in the front, and to repair it, you’ll need four Wires. You can bring them into the match from your own stash, or you can search the Power Generation Complex for them.
Since the location is full of Electrical and Technological loot, it’ll be easy to find Wires on their own or materials you can recycle for some, such as Power Cables.
Even if the place has been looted before, it’s likely you’ll still find some Wires in searched containers, as they aren’t a highly sought-after material.
Bring the Wires back to the broken Generator and interact with it to repair it and complete the first quest objective. Now, you’ll need to find the Ventilation Shaft and the Power Switch located inside it.
How To Find The Ventilation Shaft And Activate The Power
The Ventilation Shaft is located near the middle of the Power Generation Complex, and there are a couple of ways you can reach it. First, you can exit the Generator Room via the right door, head down the hall, and take the first door heading north.
If you’re coming from the right side, just follow the long hallways towards the west until you come to the same hallway that has the door to the Ventilation Shaft.
If you’ve gone outside, you can drop onto the staircase inside it from the top of the building, near the North Complex Elevator. You’ll take a bit of fall damage from doing so, but it can easily be healed with a Bandage or an edible item like Moss or Agave.
Make sure there isn’t a Sentinel lurking in the Ventilation Shaft before you go in, then head to the power boxes just beneath the first flight of stairs. Interact with the yellow-orange one in the corner of the room to turn the power back on, and now you’ll have all four objectives complete.
Return to Speranza when you’re ready, then speak with Celeste at her shop to turn in the quest and get your reward of some EXP, the Helmet variant for the Radio Renegade Outfit, five Medium Gun Parts, and three Advanced Electrical Components.
