Survivors in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check will attempt to clear the checkpoints and reach the safe area, even if they know they are infected. This makes your job a little harder, as you have to ignore their pleas and go through every check before sending them off to one of three spaces.
Before evacuation day, Survivors stay in the safe Survivor Zone, the Quarantine Cell, or the Laboratory. The infectious Survivors are destroyed in liquidation before they can infect anyone else. Here is how to make the right decisions every time by detecting the symptoms first.
All Symptoms In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
Each symptom in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, is detected using a tool or your eyes. In endless mode, all tools are already unlocked, while in campaign mode, they must be unlocked and upgraded as you progress. Below, we have laid out every symptom you will encounter in the game, along with its corresponding infection threat level and the recommended tool for detection.
Use every tool available to you to make sure you have uncovered every single symptom.
If you miss a symptom, you will receive a penalty, or worse, you will send an infected survivor into the safe zone. This can affect your score and mean you won’t have enough survivors to meet your quarantine quota.

Safe Symptoms
If the survivor shows these symptoms and nothing else, send them straight to the Survivor Zone. If they show a new sign of infection, you can send them to the lab to undergo more analysis, but they will be killed in the process. Better to be safe than sorry!

Quarantine Symptoms
These are borderline symptoms, and the survivor could be either just sick or they could be infected. A day or two in Quarantine will reveal the truth. If they get better, they can be sent to the Survivor Zone; if they get worse or they turn into a zombie, they have to be eliminated.
If they show a new sign of infection, you can send them to the lab to undergo more analysis, but they will die (in the name of science!) while they are there.
