There’s a lot to do in Borderlands 4. Enemies to kill, guns to find, Drill sites to clear, more enemies to kill with those guns you found, the list goes on. To add to that, the massive open world of Kairos has ensured that borderlands 4 has enough space to hide all these collectibles and objectives.
Understandably, it isn’t easy to find all the collectibles and complete every objective required to get the platinum trophy in Borderlands 4, but there are plenty of trophy hunters who will try regardless. Some people are so dedicated to it that Ghost of Yotei platinums were spotted only four days after it launched. However, it’s a different story with Borderlands 4, as only 0.4 percent of its players have got a PS5 platinum trophy after almost one and a half months.
Very Few Players Have Managed To Platinum Borderlands 4
A screenshot shared by x-UltimateHawx-x on Reddit has revealed that only Borderlands 4’s platinum trophy has been achieved by only 0.4 percent of its player base on PS5. For a game that has made so many sales, that is an extremely low percentage. Any other new release’s subreddit is plastered with posts about 100 percenting the game, but not this one.
The biggest hurdle in achieving the coveted trophy isn’t the number of enemies you’ve killed or collectibles you’ve found, but is reaching level 50 with each of the four vault hunters. It isn’t a hard feat to pull off, but it can become quite monotonous doing it four times. Thankfully, they’ve left some leveling tips for all you platinum hunters.
First off, you thankfully don’t need to find all the Phosphene weapons in the game. Considering how rare they are, probably no one would have managed to get the trophy. OP mentioned that hunting down vile bounties is a great way to level each of the Vault Hunters. Not just that, but it’s a great way to farm legendaries as well. Mix those up with some side missions when you get bored, and you’ll be well on your way to level 50.
