A Berserker is a melee fighter unit in Norse: Oath Of Blood. They have two melee weapons, such as short swords or axes, and deal serious damage. The Berserker has abilities unique to their unit type, and when used right, they can be powerful units.
Berserker abilities are based on high damage output, but they must be careful to strategize as their health is not the highest. Here are the best abilities to choose when using a Berserker in Norse: Oath Of Blood, and how best to use them on the battlefield.
Every Best Berserker Abilities
The Berserker is a melee fighting unit in Norse: Oath Of Blood, who uses two one-handed weapons. You can add the Berserker to your unit line-up when entering the next battle alongside Sigrid and Gunnar. If you like to have a strong middle line of heavy-hitters on the battlefield, you can hire new Berserkers from any allied village that has them available.
Check the Map regularly for new recruits, as each allied village refreshes stock of resources and fighters every few turns.
The Berserker abilities are unique to this unit type. They can be chosen from two distinct choices: Bear or Wolf, with more abilities unlockable each time the unit ranks up.
When your fighters gain experience and will rank up once they have enough EXP after a mission. The more they interact with an enemy unit and the more hits and kills they get, the more likely they are to rank up.
To check how successful each unit has been, add any new abilities, or change equipment, visit the Hirdmen tab and select your unit. You can also change equipment before a battle.
Abilities in the Bear column are mostly to increase damage and add buffs for your unit, while the Wolf column is very damage-focused. Your play style and how you want to use your fighter will determine which abilities you prefer as you progress. However, we recommend equipping the abilities below for some balance to your Berserker gameplay.

If you find that your Berserker unit tends to get into more trouble than you’d like, but you want to keep them up close with the enemy, you should choose Bloodletting when you reach Oathsworn rank, instead of Slayer, to restore some health during the fight.
The Berserker is best deployed in the middle of the group at the start of the match, as they have the ability to leap ahead and charge into the fray, swords or axes a-flying.
Use these units to deal maximum damage with minimum effort, but watch out for their low health points, and try to keep a Hersir nearby for support.
