EA has officially announced Battlefield REDSEC, a free-to-play, standalone battle royale game, and it’ll be available starting tomorrow, 28th October 2025.
Fans can look forward to the full reveal, also tomorrow, when the gameplay launch trailer arrives:
While certain details about REDSEC have leaked in the past, it’s always good to see official confirmation.
As far as actual details go, we know that it’ll be built into Battlefield 6, but will also be available for everyone to download and play as its own thing, whether you own Battlefield 6 or not.
