After almost a month without any new content, last week, Larian kicked off 2026 in style by adding two new classes, two new subclasses, and a range of other changes for Baldur’s Gate 3 console players.
It follows months of successful content drops for console players, which have included numerous classes and subclasses, plus pet dragons, cut content, and more meaningful kissing interactions.
Larian now seems to be back in its stride with adding this new Baldur’s Gate 3 console content, as just one week after the last drop, the developers have added 25 more pieces for players to dive into, including the missing 13th class, plus spell updates, stat remixes, subclasses, and Warlock changes.
Baldur’s Gate 3 Console Players Can Finally Play The Artificer Class
Baldur’s Gate 3 is one of the most modded games in the world. It currently sits 9th on Nexus Mods for the most individual mods (16.2k), with Fallout 3 firmly in its sights. The problem is, porting this content to consoles is no easy feat, and requires Larian to vet and add it to the PlayStation and Xbox versions of their classic.

The cadence at which the company usually does this is great, and thankfully, it’s shown no sign of slowing down this year, with 25 new pieces of console content added to the game. You can check it all out below:

- Way of the Totem Knight 2.0 – Adds a nature-themed subclass for monk, with martial weapons, limited spellcasting, and animal spirit bonuses.
- Better Companion Stats – Replaces ability presets for all vanilla classes.
- The Sculptor’s Dreamcache – Adds 11 custom heads.
- FF Mega Pose Pack – Adds new poses for photo mode.
- Not Enough Spells? – Adds nine elemental variants (Cold, Fire, Lightning, Thunder, Psychic, Force, Radiant, Acid, and Necrotic) to 12 vanilla spells
- Ember’s Wardrobe – Adds 10 Bard-themed outfits to merchants throughout BG3.
- Jingle Tieflings by Cedastarions – Adds six Tiefling heads for BT1.
- Mystic Feat Every 2L – Adds the ability for the Mystic to gain a feat every two levels.
- Myrkul Scythe and Watcher Greatsword – Adds two new weapons.
- More Noblestalk – Adds additional Noblestalk for players to find.
- Monks: Second Bonus Action at Level 2 – Monks get a second Bonus Action at Level two.
- The Berserker Set: On the Edge of Death – Adds a set of several pieces of Armor and a Ring focused on a High-risk/Reward playstyle.
- Poesielibre’s Fantastical Hairstyles – Adds 22 new hairstyles to character creation.
- Deeper Wrinkles – Adds deeper wrinkle options.
- Ziphop: Teleport My Characters – Adds a spell that teleports your controlled character.
- Woodland Wardrobe: 5 outfits for BT1 – Adds five woodland-inspired outfits.
- Hallowleaf Epilogue Letters – Adds an easier way to get the epilogue letters from Shadowheart’s parents.
- CovenElf’s New Colours for Tattoos – Adds a range of bright colours for tattoos.
- Char’s Split Dye Hair (and Horns) – Adds 12 variants of Orin’s hair, two Vanilla hairs, and one pair of horns.
- Provisions Collector – Creates a 24-foot aura that automatically collects Provisions, food, and camp packs.
- Skybound Wings: Dragonborn – Adds flight passive for all Dragonborn at Level one.
- Barbarian 2024 (w/ World Tree & Zealot) – Implements the changes for Barbarian from the 2024 PHB, including the Path of the Zealot and Path of the World Tree subclasses.
- (Mostly) Faithful Artificer Mod – Adds DnD’s 13th class, the Artificer, with 10 infusions and four subclasses.
It’s another great batch of content for players. While, as is so often the case, there are a lot of cosmetic mods, there is plenty to spice up Baldur’s Gate 3’s already massive amount of content.
Not Enough Spells will allow you to create full elemental spellcasters, and the new class and subclasses are always welcome.
