Arc Raiders is great for casual players, but you’ll have to work if you want to reach the upper echelons of the game. Attaining the Cantina Legend status requires an ungodly amount of grind, and some timed events like Bird City don’t really accommodate people with commitments and responsibilities.

Bird City is a timed map event where the number of birds and trinkets increase and chimneys and nests become lootable. While it’s just a fun activity, the schedule for the event was criticised, especially by European players, for catering to unemployed players. Thankfully, it looks like Embark is about to change that.

All Are Welcomed To Bird City Now

Embark has announced on the game’s official Discord channel that there was an “issue” with the current schedule of Bird City. “Raiders! Last night there was an issue with the map conditions schedule,” wrote community manager Ossen. “We just pushed [an] update enabling this week’s schedule while also increasing the frequency of Bird City. No download required but please restart your game to update. We will keep revising and try to find a schedule for all conditions so that all time zones get a chance to play.”

Arc Raiders Fans Are Furious That Its Trophy Display Project Doesn’t Give You A Trophy Display

Arc Raiders fans can’t display their trophies despite having built a trophy display, and it’s going down about as well as you’d expect.

No store rotation has been planned for this week, but the updated timings will now allow you to partake in the avian frenzy and pick up some of those coveted rubber ducks. Speaking of rubber ducks, Arc Raiders players have reported coming across the corpses of dead raiders next to mountains of rubber ducks.

It’s unclear if this is some sort of Easter egg or ambient story telling. The sheer number of ducks suggests that the raiders tried to pull off some sort of duplication glitch and ended up getting fried by the game instead. There doesn’t seem to be any other explanation for the sheer number of ducks in their inventory and pouring out onto the ground.
