Aimbots and wallhacks eventually make their way into every multiplayer shooter, as do duplication glitches.Arc Raidersis no different, as it wasrecently plagued with duplication glitches, forcing it to drop the ban hammer onalmost everyone using it. However, it seems cheaters have gone above and beyond, using hacks you could never have even imagined.
Getting downed, especially if you’ve got high-tier gear, isn’t a great feeling. You’re either going to get punched out by a rival raider or bleed out unless you’re near an extraction point. But what if you could bring the extraction point to you instead of crawling all the way to it? That’s exactly what this ridiculous Arc Raiders hack does.
Arc Raiders Hackers Are Spawning Hatches Wherever They Are
Frankly, I’ve never seen anything like it. A Reddit post bySteezyManStanreveals a TikTok video with the caption “this is how I never lose my loot when I die”. It shows a raider getting downed, after which a hatch seemingly spawns out of nowhere right below them. It’s only the top part of the hatch, but they apparently manage to use it and escape to Speranza.
It’s an ad for a place where you can pay real money to get access to hacks like this. The fact that these hackers are able to manipulate the game to such an extent is frankly scary. Streamers like Shroud have beenbegging the devs to fix the cheating issuefor a while. While last week’s ban wave did punish many dupers, this level of hacking is outrageous.
Popular multiplayer games always spawn such sites and platforms to make a quick buck. They sell things like wallhacks, aimbots, and other such cheating software. But a hack that allows you to essentially extract from anywhere breaks the game at a much higher level. Like any developer, Embark is probably equipped to deal with the former, but it can hopefully quash this issue before it becomes prevalent across the game.
