Random: Now You Can Smell Like a Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 NPC with This $200 Fragrance 1

What do you think the NPCs in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 smell like? Sweat, body odour, sh*t? Look, the PS5 RPG is set during Medieval Europe – no one’s wandering around smelling like they’ve bathed in Gucci Guilty, are they?

This new €155.99 (~$183) fragrance from Kintsugi Perfumes will at least attempt to romanticise the scent of the era, using apple, herbs, chamomile, and elderflower to create a distinctly unique scent that reflects many of the concoctions you can brew within the game.

Here’s what the official product description says:

“Perfumer Martin Švach drew inspiration from the notes encountered by the main character Henry. He gathers sage, chamomile, and lavender to brew healing potions, and consumes apples or honey to gain energy for fulfilling tasks assigned by his commander, Jan Zizka. These elements are reflected in the fragrance pyramid, featuring ingredients that accompany the player throughout the game world.”

The full breakdown of notes, for those familiar with fragrance terminology, are as follows:

Head
Apple, Lavender, Mint
Heart
Chamomile, Rose, Elderflower, Honey, Sage
Base
Olibanum, Leather, Papyrus, Birch

So, this one is going to smell pretty good, then. It’ll have that top-end freshness, with an earthy base, which should be pretty pleasing to the nose.

At almost $200 for just 50ml, though, this a pricey fragrance and we’re not entirely sure why you’d select it over other options.

Weirdly, these perfume collaborations have become quite popular over the past few years; we’ve seen Demon Slayer-inspired fragrances and various others.

They’re usually pretty cheap, though, and rarely use the high quality ingredients on offer here.

One thing we should note is if you do want this, it’s only available within the European Union, presumably due to shipping headaches. We presume that would exclude the UK as well, unfortunately.
