In this age of Spotify integration, game soundtracks perhaps don’t have the same impact they used to. Like, those original Tony Hawk titles on PS1 were taste-defining, right? That doesn’t happen so much anymore.
Still, we’d hoped with its Japanese sandbox setting that Forza Horizon 6 would include some kick-ass music, and we’re particularly stoked to see the inclusion of kawaii metal group BABYMETAL and YOASOBI.
Microsoft hasn’t actually confirmed the full soundtrack just yet to our knowledge, but it’s posted a partial list on the game’s official website.

You can already steam some of the radio stations on Spotify if you want to get in the mood early, especially as we’re being forced to wait for the PS5 port of this arcade racer.
Electro duo Yoasobi aren’t actually mentioned among the announced artists so far, but one person playing the beta uploaded a clip of the group’s song Idol playing in-game, so that’s a good pick. Those of you who’ve watched Oshi no Ko will know it’s the same track used in the anime.
In fact, a leaked list of the game’s Gacha City Radio appears to confirm a ton of high-profile Japanese artists, including Ado and Creepy Nuts. We haven’t been able to corroborate that for ourselves just yet, though.
