Life on the moon in Pragmata is an interesting one, with Lunafilament being used to create a facsimile of memorable locations from Earth. And in the Mass Production Array Sector, we get New York City.
And perhaps in an ironic twist with this version of New York being inspired by the one on Earth, it also culminates in a fight against a giant monster, just like classic movies. And it’s a toughie.

Where Is The Creator Boss Fought?
The Creator is the second major boss of the game, and is fought at the very end of the Mass Production Array Sector. To get to them, you’ll have to unlock the large gate in the area first by finding the nodes spread across the entire sector.
They’re a tough one, so make sure to head back to the Shelter first to stock up on your healing supplies and weapons, and any other upgrades you can get first.
How To Beat The Creator Boss
The Creator is a big step-up from the SectorGuard, in basically all regards. They are ginormous, towering over the entire arena. They have a lot of moves at their disposal as well, and you’re going to have to be savvy with both your hacking and gunplay if you want to come out on top.
With the Creator being so large, the majority of the damage you’ll be dealing will be directly towards its face. When Opened, it does expose a Weakpoint on its underside, though these can be hard to hit. Using the Freeze Hacking Node can get you a much cleaer shot at them, though.
The Creator has a series of general moves they’ll use. The first is a large swipe with their hands. These hit wide, so it’s best to dodge into them to take advantage of the brief invulnerability period. They’ll also charge across the arena a lot, though as long as you don’t physically touch any of the limbs, you can easily weave through their limbs.
Finally, they have a laser attack. They can do this while standing still, dragging the laser across the arena. Like with the arm swipes, it’s best to dodge into this. They can also do it while performing their dash, where it fires ahead of them in a more narrow area. Try to keep to either side of this, as it’s very easy to get caught facing it head-on.
As the fight advances, the Creator will begin to block off Diana’s ability to Hack them. To uncover the hacking panels, you’ll need to destroy the various glowing sections on their limbs. These appear around the joints of the limbs, as well as on the head. When they get even lower on health, these can also appear on their back.
Later in the battle, the boss will unlock two new moves. The first has them unleashing a wave of Lunafilament that stretches from the back of the arena to the beginning. As soon as you see this move starting, dash to the opposite end to avoid it.
The second attack is the boss’ most powerful, and will knock you down to 1 HP if it lands. The boss takes a long time to charge this attack, and the entire arena will glow red. To avoid this attack, you need to ascend the Lunafilament pillars.
Atop these Lunafilament pillars is also the easiest way to target the hacking jammers atop the boss.
This is the core flow of the battle. Once you’ve fully depleted their health, you’ll be locked into a hacking section where you need to carefully navigate to the Open node. You only have a limited time here, and failure will result in death.
After you’ve beaten them, the Shelter is once again upgraded, and you’re free to progress on to the next Sector.
