Stella Montis is a recently discovered location within the world of Arc Raiders, and this amazingly intact research facility has a massive amount of data and information waiting to be found inside.

With Speranza having established a foothold despite resistance from new and old ARC enemies, many researchers and specialists within have been itching to dive into Stella Montis’ data and see what can be found to benefit humanity. Without power, though, there’s no way to get to the data that could be crucial to improving people’s lives and the fight against ARC, so it’s up to a Raider to handle business topside.
Where To Find The Out-Of-Service Terminal
Fragmented Logs is a quest from Shani, and for this one, you’ll have three objectives to complete from the start at Stella Montis. They don’t need to be completed in one round, and they can be completed in any order you choose.
The first of the three is to repair an out-of-service terminal in either Robotics Sandbox A or Robotics Sandbox B, and you need an Electrical Component to do it.
Both rooms are found in the middle of the map, and can be accessed easily by finding the Central Corridor on the lower floor and following the signs.
If you forget to bring an Electrical Component, you can find it frequently throughout the maps in breachable air conditioning units, terminals, inside broken robots, and pretty much any other electrical machine.
Once you’re in the area, look for one of two rooms above the Robotics Sandboxes that have a security checkpoint outside. Go in, look for a computer terminal on the far side of the room, ensure you have at least one Electrical Component, and you’ll get a prompt to repair it, which completes the first objective.
How To Turn On Power For The Conduit Backrooms
The second listed objective in the quest requires you to find the conduit backrooms for the Robotics Sandboxes, and these are located in a small set of rooms to the right of both sandboxes.
They can be accessed from the hallway that runs between the two on the right side (when looking at the map). Once inside, look for a tall terminal with black-and-yellow caution tape in the bottom-right corner of the room.
Interact with it to turn on the main power and complete the second objective, and now you can either go to Robotics if you need to do that part still, or continue to the Cultural Archives.
Where To Find The Main Frame Data Terminal
The third objective for this quest is booting up the main frame data terminal in the Cultural Archive service backrooms, and this spot is the easiest of the three to find, especially since there are several spawn locations near the Cultural Archives.
Go to the Cultural Archives on the southeastern corner of the map, and go to the large, open room in between the Eastern Tunnel Hatch and the Storage Room where a bunch of desks, terminals, and consoles are.
Find the terminal in the bottom-right corner of the upper part of this room, then interact with the console with several computer monitors sitting on it, next to some occasionally breachable servers, to bring the system back online.
When all three objectives are done, head back to Speranza and speak with Shani to get your reward of some EXP, three Showstoppers, and three Trailblazer grenades, both of which are great for flying enemies. Completing this quest also unlocks the next in the chain, Furtive Meetings.
