How To Get The Concrete Recipe In Pokemon Pokopia

While you’re playing through Pokemon Pokopia, you’ll notice there are a ton of items you’ll need to progress, which will eventually help build up the town into something you’re proud of. One of those items you’ll require is concrete.

No matter what you’re looking to build, you can gather materials and build the items necessary to produce concrete so you can make even more interesting setups in your town. Concrete will require a few items, including limestone, a concrete mixer, and a Pokemon who can use the mixer to create enough concrete for you. Here’s how to produce concrete in Pokemon Pokopia.

How To Get Concrete

To be able to make concrete, you’ll need a concrete mixer, limestone, and a Pokemon with the Crush ability. If you follow through the story, you’ll come upon the request that’ll help you create concrete.

However, it can be a bit confusing to find the resources you need, as many collectibles in the area look the same. Here’s how to get concrete.

Brick is a key building material in Pokemon Pokopia, but it is made, not found.

Collect Limestone

The best place to get Limestone is actually near Tinkaton at the top of the building in Sparkling Skylands. There are several bricks that look tan with wavy lines across them, mixed with the glass-like mysterious stone.

From Tinkaton’s tower, look northeast to an area behind a tree and two benches. You’ll see a half-built road with yellow-bricked stone surrounding it, and those tan bricks with the wavy lines around them are limestone. Collect the limestone from this area.

Find Conkeldurr

The easiest way to create concrete is to make a habitat for Conkeldurr. To do so, while you’re on the top of Tinkaton’s tower, you’ll see the habitat requirements there.

Grab the iron scaffold and iron pipes from the left side of Tinkaton’s tower; both are needed for the habitat.

Take them back to the first island where the PC is, and you’ll see the furnace east of the PC, near the tower made out of different materials. Place the iron pipes and scaffolding down, and you’ll have the habitat. Then just wait for Conkeldurr to appear.

Alternatively, any Pokemon with the Crush specialty can make concrete, but you’ll still need to learn how to use it from Conkeldurr.

Build A Concrete Furnace

Once Conkeldurr arrives, you’ll learn the recipe to create a concrete mixer after speaking to him. Head over to the crafting table and create one. You’ll need

That’s it. Once created, it’ll need to be placed near a water source. Luckily you’ll see one right next to the habitat you created for Conkeldurr.

Place your concrete mixer, put in your limestone, and have Conkeldurr follow you over to begin the process of creating limestone. Once you grab the concrete, you’ll learn how to make concrete pipes for Tinkaton.
