Marvel Rivals Keeps Giving Emma Frost Near-Identical Skins

Marvel Rivals Keeps Giving Emma Frost Near-Identical Skins

Marvel Rivals definiely doens’t dish out skins evenly. It often feels like Jeff and Luna fans are the only ones eating good, while the rest of us fight for what’s left. In some cases, getting a bunch of skins isn’t even a good thing, because there’s no guarantee that they’ll actually be any good.

Such is the case with Emma Frost. Despite her clearly being characterised as a fashion-conscious diva, she is anything but in Marvel Rivals. No matter the occasion, she is always turning up in the same leotard and boots look, and fans have had enough of it.

Marvel Rivals Fans Are Begging For More Variety With Emma Frost’s Skins

Marvel Rivals fans have been complaining about Emma’s skins being kinda chopped for a while, but it’s only gotten worse with her latest cosmetics. The pirate-themed Queen of the Marauders was an opportunity to finally mix up her silhouette, perhaps giving her a comic-inspired outfit that lets her wear pants for a change, but alas, the dreaded bodysuit is back.

Indeed, it looks like NetEase is committed to retaining that common thread with Emma’s skins, which is bad news for everyone who wasn’t keen on this look as soon as she was revealed. Sure, we all love her thighs, but maybe she should mix it up now and then? Or at least, put on some hair extensions? I am getting quite tired of the bob, I have to admit.

Of course, NetEase can’t stray too hard, as she still has to be recognisably Emma whatever she’s wearing. However, that hasn’t stopped other characters from getting some variety with their skins, particularly characters like Psylocke and Magik. Hell, Loki gets one that gives him an entirely new gender and voice actor. I think we can stretch to some trousers for Emma?

Right now, Season 6 of Marvel Rivals continues. We’ll just have to wait and see if NetEase gets the memo about Emma.
