How To Unlock The Private Island
Before you can begin building on a fantastic island of your own, you’ll need to reach D.G. level 30. At that time, open up your Town Guide and accept the Island Usage Application quest. Then, Mayor Atara will call you about some nearby islands that are available for you to use.

Meet up with Mayor Atara and purchase the Island Management Terminal for 100 Wishing Stars. It’s a steep price, but well worth the investment for the potential building space.
How To Get To The Private Island
Place the Island Management Terminal on your lot, then interact with it to access your new home. Here, it’s a completely separate island you can expand upon and use to build fabulous attractions and puzzles.
You can expand the island like you would your home lot, and there’s a separate load limit. There’s no need to worry about overlapping loads, so decorate both your home and the island as much as you’d like.
The benefit to the island is that there’s no neighborhood surrounding you, nor will your pets get in the way. You also don’t need to worry about people coming to your island and disrupting you–unless you leave the terminal out in the open.
The openness of the island is ideal for building challenges and roller coasters with pieces you unlock from the research lab, so be sure to create a magnificent playground for your friends to visit when you’re all together!
