It’s basically a case of when, not if, Starfield is ported to PS5. And, according to Polish retail leaker Graczdari, the “when” is 7th April 2026.
A new report from the leaker claims Starfield will get its PS5 version on that date, with a standard and Premium Edition on offer. The elephant in the room is this is the same source that — now incorrectly — claimed Rockstar wouldn’t have a physical version of GTA 6 on release day. However, their claims in relation to Microsoft have been accurate in the past.
They correctly corroborated a Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 port to PS5, and supposedly shared early information surrounding the physical edition of Oblivion Remastered.
Rumours of a Starfield port to PS5 have been doing the rounds for two years now, with most expecting it to launch alongside a significant update. We know Bethesda has plans for another expansion, so it’s possible the RPG could come across in a complete edition. According to the Polish leaker, that’ll happen on 7th April 2026.
