The Best Party Setups For Each DPS Character In Arknights: Endfield

The Best Party Setups For Each DPS Character In Arknights: Endfield

It won’t take you a lot of playtime in Arknights: Endfield to realize that you can put up to four characters in one team. One of these characters will be the active operator that you’ll control, while the other three will stay around you and fight the enemies that start attacking you.

While you can use four random characters for your team in this game, it’ll only get you so far. Once you’re in the mid-to-late game, your damage will heavily depend on your team synergies, which makes it important to have the right characters once you’ve chosen your favorite main DPS unit.

Laevatain Team Composition

Arknights Endfield full team with Laevatain, Akekuri, Wulfgard, Ardelia.

  • Laevatain
  • Akekuri
  • Wulfgard
  • Ardelia

If we’re talking about the best teams in Arknights: Endfield, you need to look no further than Laevatain, who’s the first limited character in the game. Her team is undoubtedly the best you can have because of her massive AoE damage since most of the content in the game revolves around hitting multiple enemies at the same time.

Here’s what the rotation of this team looks like:

  • Group up at least two or more enemies and then use Akekuri’s battle skill on them, which applies Heat Infliction and triggers Wulfgard’s combo skill.
  • Use Wulfgard’s combo skill to apply another set of Heat Infliction on these enemies, and you can then final strike with Laevatain to get her special skill ready.
  • Use Laevatain’s special skill and then Ardelia’s combo skill, which will let you use Laevatain’s combo skill in a bit. Repeat this process until you have Laevatain’s Ultimate ready and then it’ll help you get Heat Infliction stacks much more easily.

If you’re planning to fight a single-target boss with Laevatain, Antal can be a great replacement for Akekuri as he’ll help you get four Melting Flame stacks on a single target much faster.

Yvonne Team Composition

Arknights Endfield full team with Yvonne, Gilberta, Xaihi, Estella.

  • Yvonne
  • Gilberta
  • Xaihi
  • Estella

Yvonne is the second limited DPS character released alongside the launch of Arknights: Endfield, and she‘ll get her first rate-up banner towards the end of the update. While Yvonne is also a phenomenal DPS, the only reason she gets outshone by Laevatain is her lack of AoE damage during the late game.

It’ll take you longer to defeat hordes of enemies almost every time with her, but when it comes to fighting single-target bosses, no one can do it better than Yvonne. Here’s what the rotation of this team looks like:

  • Start by using Gilberta’s skill to group enemies up and apply Nature Infliction on them. You can then trigger Yvonne’s special skill to consume these Nature Inflictions.
  • After that, use Xaihi’s and Estella’s skill to apply a bunch of Cryo Inflictions on the enemies, which can once again be consumed by Yvonne’s special skill.
  • As you repeat this process, you’ll eventually get her Ultimate, which will let you deal a ton of damage to one enemy.

Last Rite Team Composition

Arknights Endfield full team with Last Rite, Xaihi, Fluorite, Estella.

  • Last Rite
  • Xaihi
  • Fluorite
  • Estella

If you don’t have Yvonne on your account, Last Rite can be quite a good replacement as her best team comprises of all characters you can easily get in the game. Both Fluorite and Estella are four-star units, which means that you’ll also get them to the maximum potential with just a few multis on the gacha banners.

Last Rite also has the highest damage in the game with her Ultimate, which makes her feel quite satisfying once you pull her rotation off properly:

  • Start by using Xaihi’s and Estella’s skill, which already gives the enemy a bunch of Cryo Infliction along with Arts Amp to Last Rite as long as she doesn’t take damage.
  • Once the enemy has two stacks of Cryo Infliction, you can trigger Fluorite’s combo skill to raise it by one, giving just enough stacks for Last Rite’s combo skill.
  • Before using her combo skill, you can try to use Last Rite’s skill and deal a final strike to get the enemy on four Cryo Inflictions, which lets you get the most value from her combo skill.
  • Finally, once you have her Ultimate ready, you can unleash it to deal a massive amount of damage to the enemies.

Endministrator Team Composition

Arknights Endfield full team with Endministrator, Lifeng, Pogranichnik, Chen Qianyu.

  • Endministrator
  • Lifeng
  • Pogranichnik
  • Chen Qianyu

If you’ve played a gacha game with elements before, you might have a certain impression about the Physical element as it usually ends up being quite useless. However, that’s not the case with Arknights: Endfield since Physical has its own set of reactions where Vulnerability stacks can be applied to the enemies and then consumed for big damage.

Endministrator is a great character to use this reaction during launch, but you can also use Da Pan as a good replacement in this team. Here’s what the rotation for this looks like:

  • Start by using Lifeng’s battle skill, which will trigger its extra effect since he’ll be the first one to apply Vulnerability to the enemy. This will also trigger Chen Qianyu’s combo skill.
  • Use Chen Qianyu’s combo skill and battle skill to apply more stacks of Lifted to the enemy alongside the Physical Susceptibility from Lifeng.
  • Once all this is done, you can trigger Endministrator’s battle skill to consume these stacks. This not only deals massive damage, but also triggers Pogranichnik’s combo skill.
  • Finally, whenever you have any Ultimates for these characters, they can be used to get a ton of value while keeping your rotation largely the same.

Avywenna Team Composition

Arknights Endfield full team with Avywenna, Arclight, Perlica, Antal.

  • Avywenna
  • Arclight
  • Perlica
  • Antal

Finally, not everyone wants to use a six-star DPS and there’s a chance that you might not even have them outside of Endministrator, who’s a free character. Thankfully, even if you don’t have a six-star main DPS to use, there’s still a great DPS choice in the game in the form of Avywenna.

Avywenna is an Electric who works in quite a unique way. While all other DPS characters rely on consuming different reactions and Inflictions, she’s self-sufficient for the most part. Here’s what the rotation for this team looks like:

  • Start by using Antal’s skill to apply Electric Susceptibility on one enemy and then use Perlica’s skill to apply an Electric infliction.
  • Keep attacking with Avywenna until you launch a final strike, which will trigger both hers and Perlica’s combo skill. This will create three Thunderlances on the field and give Electrification to the enemy.
  • The Electrification gives Arclight her combo skill, which will help you recover some SP. Keep doing this rotation until you use Avywenna’s combo skill a couple of times and her Ultimate once.
  • Finally, you can finish off by using Avywenna’s battle skill when the enemy is positioned between you and the Thunderlances to deal heavy damage.

Positioning is very important with Avywenna as you won’t deal any damage if the enemy doesn’t get hit by the returning Thunderlances.
