All Characters In 2XKO, Ranked

When it comes to tag team fighters, 2XKO is doing a great job at making characters feel fun to play. Of course, with every patch drop, there are going to be some changes when it comes to which characters end up being top tier. Still, there are some characters that are undoubtedly shaping the meta and are undeniably strong.

Whether its flexibile kits, easy or intricate combos, or just the ability to play in a way that allows for so much unique flair, the Champions here are well stacked. If you aren’t careful, a hard mix-up and a one-touch kill will be waiting for you.

Tier List Explanation

Every character unlocked in 2XKO.

Though the roster is admittedly small, it leaves room for a strong, diverse cast of characters. When deciding where they fall in a tier list, several factors must be considered. These include their difficulty rating, their playability regarding several factors, including their power, and their ability to handle other Champions.

A major factor in a tag game is how well they can assist and synergize with other Champions, which is another impactful point in their ranking. The best of the best can combo well with other characters, have a broad range for a versatile style, and have the power and flexibility to be viable in several situations.

There are several different currencies you can get in the game, but which should you collect?

S-Tier Ranking

Teemo and Yasuo vs Caitlyn and Ahri in 2XKO.

These characters encompass all the aspects you’re looking for in a tag fighter. They synergize well with several other characters, they are innately strong, and can provide ridiculous value in the right hands. Though some of them have a more intricate moveset, they can prove deadly to any opponent, some of them especially when paired with others in a duo.

Caitlyn

Caitlyn is a strong contender for one of the best characters in the game. Her ability to force a stun but keep your opponent standing leaves a huge opening for you to create dangerous combos that can do devastating damage to their health.

She does an amazing job as a character who can work from across the map.

Ekko

Ekko headshot character select image in 2XKO.

Ekko can create tons of pressure against your opponents and leave space for some ridiculous mix-ups. In the right hands, he can be extremely lethal.

Ekko is easy to pick up and play, but has a system that rewards those who master his combos.

Ahri

Ahri character select image from 2XKO.

Ahri has some of the best movement in the game. Her ability to air dash alongside her generally fast movement makes her a threat.

Add her magic use that allows you to play her offensively but also switch to a defensive stance, and you have a character ready to handle almost every other Champion. Her combos also deal great damage.

Yasuo

Yasuo headshot character select image in 2XKO.

Yasuo is one of those characters who works well in almost any situation, able to handle every type of attacker. This ability alone makes him a high-skilled character.

However, this also means that in the right hands, he can feel almost untouchable, with options for stopping every type of player in their tracks.

Teemo

Teemo is not only adorable, but one of the best zoners in the game. He can buff his own abilities the more he uses them, and he has the ability to go completely invisible.

He’s difficult to master, but he is great for stopping almost any opponent’s setup with his arsenal, proving why he’s one of the best Champions.

A Tier Ranking

Vi vs Warwick in 2XKO.

These characters are great, they’re just missing one or two things preventing them from being S-tier. Whether it’s their inability to go up against specific Champions, or there are just other Champions that are slightly better than them. They’re still great options you’ll see dominating the meta.

Vi

Vi can charge her gauntlets for some serious damage. She creates significant opportunities for movement, allowing you to get where you need to continue the beat down.

She’s a great rushdown character and can extend combos like the best of them, but she’s just not as good as the others.

Warwick

He’s big, but he’s also fast, easily moving from one side of the screen to the other.

Easy to handle, but with tons of options to shut down others, and several tools in his kit that will punish your opponent for a single slip-up, there’s literally nothing bad about Warwick.

B Tier Ranking

Darius vs Illaoi in 2XKO.

These characters are very good at their specific fighting style alone. They’re the best at what they do, but lack some of the options to become versatile enough to fit with any team combinations you can come up with. Still, they’re very strong, as some of the best at their fighting style.

Darius

Darius is a master of the midrange and one of the easier characters to master. He’s great for controlling space and can apply a bleed with some of his moves.

He’s really good, but falls just short of being great when compared to some others.

Illaoi

Illaoi feels like the ultimate bruiser in the game. She can easily put the pressure on and has tentacles she calls onto the map that help her do just that.

She has options other bruisers lack, with the ability to lock her opponent down and limit their ability to fight back. Bruisers in 2XKO just have a harder time against other Champions, making her fall a bit lower.

C Tier Ranking

Jinx vs Bltizcrank and Braum in 2XKO.

Even though they are in C-tier, there are no bad characters in 2XKO. Each of these characters has a slight detriment, making them either harder to use, more difficult to learn, or easy to exploit, depending on what they’re missing.

Blitzcrank

Blitzcrank is the other grappler of the game, but his limited range and slow mobility make it harder to rank him higher.

Despite how good he can be, he specializes in punishing only a handful of characters in an already small roster.

Braum

Braum character select image from 2XKO.

Braum, similar to Ahri, is versatile. If you like big body characters that are defensive and offensive and can deal good chunks of damage, he’s for you.

The only reason he’s lower in the tier list is that some characters can get around this, and still others are better at what he does.

Jinx

Jinx headshot character select image in 2XKO.

Jinx is great as an assist and a very good zoner. Unfortunately, her traps are just not as useful as someone like Caitlyn.

This brings her difficulty up to a point where you’ll have to work harder to get the most value out of her.
