How To Save Bad Grief On Day 4
From the conversations you can have on Day 5 with the Tragedian next to Bad Grief’s crucified corpse, you know that his death came on Day 4, so it’s only on this day that you can prevent his eventual death.
Bad Grief has holed himself up in his base within the Warehouses district. Make your way there on Day 4 to find two bandits waiting outside. They believe that Bad Grief is Simon Kain’s killer.
The dialogue can end in a few ways, including violence. Sure, shooting the bandits will deal with the problem and save Bad Grief, but this will do damage to Daniil and waste some resources.
To save Bad Grief peacefully, you’ll need to carefully pick the right dialogue options with the bandits. In short:
- Get them to talk about their reasons for suspecting Bad Grief.
- Get them to talk about Simon Kain and the way he forgave people in the past.
- Convince the men that they can’t be sure of their suspicions and remind them of Simon’s kindness in a similar situation.
With the correct responses picked, the men will leave Bad Grief alone. You can now enter his den and, after speaking to his assistants, meet Bad Grief and establish that you saved his life.
