How To Start Romance Avec Purrloin
As you’re playing through the Mega Dimension campaign’s DLC, ‘Side Mission 175: Romance avec Purrloin’ unlocks in Pokemon Legends: Z-A after completing ‘Hyperspace Mission 09: Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 5’, but you can’t access it until after you leave Hyperspace during ‘Mission 11: Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No. 6’.
Once unlocked, you can find Romance avec Purrloin opposite Cafe Action in the northeast corner of Legends: Z-A’s map, which is directly behind the fast travel point for Wild Zone 15. Simply walk up to Frousse, identifiable with the Purrloin standing to his left, and you’ll start the mission.

Romance Avec Purrloin Walkthrough And Answers
After first triggering the quest, in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, you’ll need to speak to Frousse again in order to carry out Romance avec Purrloin properly. During his date with Felidie, which the game then cuts to, you’ll need to give him the correct answers to all three Purrloin-based quests correctly for success.
If you even guess one question wrong, Frousse will fail the date, black out, and you’ll respawn back in front of the cafe to try to the date again — as if it ever happened. You can retry the date as many times as it takes to get all of the questions right, so it’s no trouble if you fail a couple of times. However, in order to save yourself a few minutes of trial and error, the correct answers are as follows.
The first question in Legends: Z-A’s Romance avec Purrloin side quest, asking “I’m sure you know what kind of Pokemon Purrloin is?”, the correct answer is “Devious Pokemon”.
For the second question from Felidie, asking “Do you know why Purrloin steals people’s things?”, the right answer is “It just does that for fun”.
To correctly answer the third and final question asking “You must know the move that Purrloin surprisingly can’t learn on its own, right?”, you need to select “Foul Play”.
After all three questions have been answered and Frousse admits he’d like to spend more time with Felidie, Romance avec Purrloin will officially be a success when she agrees to go out again, saying, “Sure thing!”.
With the date being a success, Frousse is, of course, overjoyed his cheeky deception worked, and takes you over to one side to celebrate.
