How To Upgrade Skills
To upgrade different skills in Alchemy Factory, you first have to level up, which can be done by completing the main quests. Each main quest requires you to provide a few items from your current level, and once you’ve given them, you gain another level, giving you some skill points and a whole new tier of research.
After getting these skill points, you can open your skill tree by pressing the Z button on your keyboard (default controls), which you can also see on the bottom right of your screen. Once in this menu, you can click on the Upgrade option on the left, which takes you to the skill tree. Here, you can select the skills you want to unlock and then click confirm.
