Borderlands 4 has its share of hotties. From the hulking Amon, the goth girl Vex, the queen that is Levaine, and of course, Moxxi has always been a fan-favourite. The characters are so diverse that there’s sure to be someone who’s your type on Kairos, even if that someone is a half-robot monster woman with two gigantic mecha arms.
That’s right, I’m talking about none other than the Ripper Queen herself, Callis. It seems there are some Borderlands 4 fans who are crushing big time on Callis. Whether it’s her glowing red eyes, her robotic good looks, or the giant arms that can rip you in two, it seems there’s something about her that just works for some players.
Borderlands 4 Fans Have A Crush On Callis
As showcased by Ulysses776‘s post on Reddit, it seems Callis has some big fans, and I’m not talking about her Ripper subjects. However, they’re very confused about their feelings, as they said, “I have a serious crush on Callis… What does this say about me? Do I have a problem?” Well, you don’t really have a problem, as long as you accept her after the second boss fight too.
Of course, the comments section didn’t disappoint, with many replying, “you can fix her.” That’s pretty spot on, considering most of her is a machine. Others went with a niche Cowboy Bebop reference, with “I love the kind of woman that will actually just kill me.” There was also the classic death by snu snu image, along with some things I won’t mention here.
Of course, if you have finished Borderlands 4, it means you’ve come across Callis’ Moon-Maddened state as well, where she’s clearly a bit more unstable than she was before. Add to that the fact that her face got ripped off, making her look like a scarier Terminator. If you still have a crush on her after that, it’s probably true love.
Unfortunately the game doesn’t really redeem her in any way, so you’re not going to be able to see her face while you’re grinding for legendaries. But fans will be hoping that she will soon become a weekly Big Encore Boss.
